Why Work on "Relationships"? We are always in relationship with someone, whether it is our co-workers, bosses, children, or neighbors. Most everything we do and have is based in some way on a relationship -- even if that is the relationship we have with ourselves. The work we do in the relationship coaching program will assist you in very tangible ways to create the relationships you want -- whether it is to improve a particular current relationship, or to learn the tools to build more solid relationships generally.

The relationship coaching program is a 12-week course on building communication, trust and commitment in relationships. These 3 skills go together to form the basis of a strong relationship, like 3 legs form the basis of a stool. If one is weak, the stool is wobbly. That is why this program works on all three. You will receive, and we will work with, a manual that is packed with tips and tools for creating more meaningful and effective relationships. Each week you will learn more tools and be coached in how to apply those tools to your life.

What you will get from this program:

Specifics of the program: The program continues for 12 consecutive weeks. You will have the opportunity to participate in group phone calls with up to 5 other participants. Calls will be recorded in case you cannot make a particular session. All participants will also receive a 1:1 coaching phone call with Cami.
